Thank you for choosing EVAVAE. To order items from our site, please first register for an EVAVAE account. Next, select the size and color of the item you would like and click theadd to bag button. Finally, view your bag and proceed to check out using your debit or credit card.

You can cancel your order on theMy Orders page before it has been sent out. We are unable to cancel an order that has already been shipped, therefore we suggest that you use our return label to return the item for a refund.

We apologize for the inconvenience, however, only one coupon code can be used per order.

You can check the status of your orders by using theTrack Your Order feature.

To modify a shipping address for an unshipped order, you can go toMy Account and click onEdit for the shipping address. For already shipped orders, the shipping address cannot be changed. To change the size of an unpaid order, you need to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct size. For paid but unshipped orders, you may contact customer service for changing sizes. For shipped orders, the size cannot be changed, so we recommend that you apply for a return after you receive the order.

You can change the billing address when checking out before you finalize the payment. Once you submit the payment information, the billing address cannot be changed. Note that the billing address will not affect the delivery of your order. If you have already paid but want to change the billing address, you need to cancel the current order and repurchase.

 Orders that are sent to other countries may be subject to taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the country they are sent to. For more information, you can contact the customs office in that country. If you are charged any fees, please keep the documents related to these fees, as we may be able to provide some compensation.

It usually takes 13 days to process your order. If it takes longer than that, it is usually because one or more of the items in your order needs more time to be processed. If you want to get the other items in your order quickly, you can cancel the item(s) for a refund so the rest of the items can be shipped right away. You can also contact Customer Service for help with sending the items in separate shipments.
